about Mandy Buntin
"Good things Happen in life when you surround yourself around Positive People." - Roy Bennett.
I love life and I love to share all things yoga with students. My passion for yoga began in the fall of 2013 after having a beautiful experience while in savasana. After this experience I realized that this was the self-care I needed to build my confidence, and more importantly my self-love. Since then, I have concentrated on yoga as a practice that is as important to experience on the mat as off the mat. I am beyond grateful for this journey and I feel incredibly blessed to now be able to share my passion and follow my dreams of helping others live authentically.
I graduated from UWGB with a degree in psychology and then worked as a crisis counselor. Once I had my first son I decided to pause my career in social services to be a stay-at-home-parent. I now have two sons, Roscoe and Louis, and I am a proud bonus mom to my bonus daughters, Brianna and Cali. My family is definitely a yoga family. We have found that practicing yoga together is one of the best ways for us all to bond. My daughters often assist in teaching my kids yoga classes and we love to all play around. Yoga is all things positive.
I began teaching yoga in early 2017 and received my certification as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) from Yoga On The Lake, in Koehler, WI. I felt honored to be asked to teach at Flow Yoga Studio and then at Western Racquet & Fitness Club. The experiences I have had have been incredibly valuable. In addition to owning Love & Light Yoga Studio, I actively teach yoga classes at Western Racquet & Fitness Club, The Children’s Museum of Green Bay, Balance Chiropractic, and work with many Green Bay Public Schools incorporating mindfulness and movement into the classroom.
I am thrilled to be able to work with yogis of all ages, levels of practice, and backgrounds. I believe that yoga brings us to a conscious state of who we really are, and that is a beautiful thing. Life is good.
love & light yoga studio was opened in early 2018 because I wanted to have an intimate family-based studio. The philosophy of the studio is centered around personal growth, positivity and acceptance. My husband, Chad Buntin (owner- Buntin Construction) and I designed & built the studio to evoke a calm and happy feel to all who enter.
The studio is ideal for individual practices, families, couples and small groups yoga classes of up to eight yogis.
The studio is located at 248 Cornellius Martin Ct, De Pere, WI 54115
I'd love for you to come experience it for yourself!
